📦 Refund & Return Policy

1. Physical Product Returns

You may request a refund for physical products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

2. Digital Product Purchases

All digital product sales—including downloads or (e.g., tools, e-books, access codes)—are final and non-refundable once the purchase is complete .

3. Duplicate Payment Exception

If you accidentally pay for the same digital item more than once, please let us know. We will provide a refund for duplicate payments upon verification.

4. Processing Time

• Physical product refunds: typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

• Duplicate digital payment refunds: typically processed within 3–5 business days, after confirming the duplicate transaction.
